1. Service description

ComprimirPro is a free web tool that allows users to compress and optimize images directly in the browser. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use ComprimirPro only for legal and legitimate purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Using the service to process illegal, pornographic or third-party rights-infringing content.
• Attempting to attack, overload or compromise the service infrastructure.
• Using automated means to access the service in bulk.

3. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the images you process. ComprimirPro makes no claim over your content. The code, design and brand of ComprimirPro are the property of their creators and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of liability

ComprimirPro is not responsible for data loss, direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Although processing occurs in your browser and your files are not uploaded to our servers, we recommend always keeping backups of your original files.

5. Advertising

ComprimirPro displays third-party advertisements (Google AdSense) to fund the free service. These ads are clearly identified and managed by Google under their own policies.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the user's territory. For any dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the conflict amicably before resorting to legal action.
